New World Disorder 10 marks the end of the series from the guys at Freeride Entertainment. They have made 10 wicked movies showcasing everything from racing, to freerideing, to dirt jumping. The next installment marks the last video from the guys over at Freeride Entertainment, and they promise it will leave you wanting more, just like the other clips.
We recently got a behind the scenes look at Darren Berrecloths section, arguably one of the most renowned riders in the industry. Darren has been in these movies since New World Disorder 4, so he has seen a lot of riders come and go, and a lot of riders sections hit the reel. With all the recent developments in video and filming technology the guys at Freeride Entertainment have taken the next installment, Dust and Bones, to the next level. Using some of the most high definition, and technologically advanced cameras in the industry, they promise to leave you wanting more, but it wont happen! So, sit back, and enjoy the clip, courtesy of Freeride Entertainment.
Everyone around the office is pumped to see this clip, so let us know what you guys think about it!
Keep you guys posted on the film!

SICK!
haha, yeah ^^^^ just because they're ending the NWD series doesn't mean the dudes at Freeride Entertainment are going to stop making MTB movies
The next installment marks the last video from the guys over at Freeride Entertainment,.. looks like they might
OK here it is, the series is ending, yes. Does it mean Freeride will never make another mountain bike movie, no. All it is saying is that we are going to end the Disorder series. It will not be called New World Disorder that's all. After NWD 10 is finished all that will be left of NWD is "Dust & Bones"
Yeah I heard him say that, but then look at the bottom of his list at the end, they're all ticked off done apart from the last one which says "Big ass sender - next year" :S
I'm confused :/
I'm confused :/
-The next installment marks the last video from the guys over at Freeride Entertainment- So yh last one then
The Kranked series stopped for a few years saying that they were done but they started making movies again, so maybe Freeride Entertainment will do the same?
No, he didn't just say that, The next installment marks the last video from the guys over at Freeride Entertainment so no new series at all from them. They're handing it over to the capable hands of the collective, and the not so capable hands of radical films

If it is the last Disorder, where will we see the "big ass sender" that's at the bottom of the list that's marked, "next year"?
My guess is that is possibly part of his intro and it's supposed to be the end of last year. So the "next year" and "big ass sender" is referring to nwd 10. That's just my guess though.
well...i don't know if it's the last one...cause on the to do list, the very last one (Big Ass Sender) says next year...sooooooo ya
[Reply]
Sure it may be the end of NWD, but it doesn't mean they don't have another movie planned, I guess they'll be calling it something different.
No, The next installment marks the last video from the guys over at Freeride Entertainment so no new series. Unless they worded it wrong

Well if it is the last of the New World Disorder series I highly doubt it will be the last movie that Freeride Entertainment does. A different type of theme would be a nice change for the series.
The NWD series is ending, Freeride Entertainment as far as I know so far, is not shutting down.
I believe FE is taking a similar approach to the way the Collective did by moving to Anthill films.

im soo stoked on this they should play this at the movie theater because thats how gnarly this vidder is going to be
dude...I can't believe some on pink bike think the claw is washed up. This guy f-ing kills it! Long live the claw.
some donkeys on the Whistler Crankworks thread were saying that the claw is over rated, past his prime etc. Prob groms who know nothing.
The Claw is sic.
The Claw is sic.
Maybe Freeride Entertainment want to slim down, lose some of the fringe riders and focus on just a few of the best ones, kinda like what The Collective did with Seasons. Maybe Westerlund is just tired of of this franchise, wants a new challenge, something fresh. Just a speculation.
EDIT: The fact that they're giving him a freakin' awesome seggy maybe means it's goodbye Berrecloth in Freeride Entertainment's films?

they aren't "giving him" a freaking awesome seggy... I'm pretty sure it's HIM giving them some bad ass riding or am I wrong?
Pretty sure they don't just give the riders a clean slate to do whatever they like - the film-makers obv. have to decide who gets the most major features and who they devote the time and expenditure on. So yes, you are partially wrong, they have let Berrecloth do this for his segment by giving him loads of lease to do what he wants to.
yeah, he can be as good as he is, but if they dont put a lot of money in sick filming and etc. the video would never exist, so I guess THEY are giving a big chance to darren, and I hope that it is not the last one (as it says big ass sender - next year) but if so, i hope that will be a good end for the series, and darren videos...

Sucks that NWD series is ending, but its good to end it and start something new before it gets to old.

Ummm....It's actually a 3 tap off a drop. So 180-tap-180 off the drop. There was a sequence of it in Bike magazine.... I was stoked too but then I realized...Still sick though. I'm amazingly stoked.
Umm. I wouldn't be surprised if it actually was a 360 tailwhip drop. Paul Bas pulled one earlier this year. And a 360 tire tap drop just doesn't seem like something Berrecloth would do, it's not sending it enough for him.
Well there's a sequence of him doing it in BIKE magazine and it's included in the little 10 second teaser bit at the end of the video. Bas did one off a step down and I 100% know Claw is 3 tapping a drop. He may 3whip one too but that's not what's on his checklist.
perhaps, the next series would be called "New World Chaos". that's why this one is the last one to be "NWD".
NeWorlDisorder is the best MTB series ever made and it motivates thousands of riders to continue riding and never give up! This Series have changed our way of thinking about riding a Mountain Bike and gave us some inspiration to continue riding since a long time. I think the best attitude is to enjoy this last piece of art like it was the first and celebrate everything that Freeride Entertainment made. The worst attitude is to cry about Freeride Entertainment ending... Just ride your bike like there's no end! | (I think that's the ideia that Freeride Entertainment wants to transmit) | God bless Freeride Entertainment! Hurrah! (lol) And sorry for my bad english but I think that you got it...
i think i would rather ride my bike like there is an end, that way i dont say oh ill just do that jump tomorow. i would much rather ride like theres no tomorow

''did anyone notice that the chainsaw hit is head in the tree'' now we know why they have the last part of NWD

This teaser sucked. It's pretty, yes. I liked hearing Claw talk, he's got a melodious voice and everything. But it showed a grand total of about 5 seconds of riding clips, and then it's over and you just wasted 2 minutes listening to his blabber about how epic and awesome and gnarly this movie is going to be, and they don't let you see ANY footage.
Bullshit!
Bullshit!
sooo sick, the claw is insane.. cant really say anything else, looking forward to see how it turns out
"The next installment marks the last video from the guys over at Freeride Entertainment, and they promise it will leave you wanting more..." well that sucks, we are going to be wanting more but can't get it from them anymore!
holy shit "These guys work hard - Chainsaw to the dome". kinda an understatement, that could have killed him.
I think that the Big Ass Sender is the thing that no one hit at red bull rampage 2008. I think by next year he means next red bull rampage and this would be 2009. The thing is huge but I don't think it will be on NWD 10. I think this is it.
