It's Portland everybody and Portland is known for two things. It's one of the largest cycling cities in the US and it has the largest amount of adult dance clubs per capita in North America. Both of these two stats everybody on the kick ass RV could relate too.

Not much riding to be had, except from super shred Wayne Goss, Portland didn't disappoint. With a small stop at a skatepark for some high fives and poster signings.
The next day we were all off to get some shots in Hood River as well as a little something, something with a TV show that you may have heard about... Good Morning America. They wanted to showcase what riding in Hood River was all about and used the some of the Clump riders to do just this. Smooth single track at high speeds and some beauty days with early mornings, we achieved just that.
We just arrived in Dallas OR. It's about 45 mins away from the mountain bike mecca of Black Rock. A few of the team headed there to set up some rad cable cams and the boys are going to work out their lines. You will all be able to see all of the hard work from everybody involved here in Black Rock. Cable cams after cable cams the boys from Freeride, the riders and some of the local talent put there best foot forward and the boys ended up with some great shots.
Tune in in a few days to see the last days efforts at Black rock and the big finally; HELL BARGE.
In case you missed installment 1...

That new line at Black Rocks has propelled that area to the top of my list of favorite places to ride. Too bad you have massive blisters from walking that f*ing hill because we can't shuttle it.
^So true^ But earning the ride is also worth it. --Note: If you have a key to BR please don't pass me with the "I'm better than you" look. Or pass me in a empty truck saying there's no room for me!
Part of why Blackrock is as good as it is, because lazy asses can't go tear it up all day long.
Earning the ride keeps the traffic low, and the trails dialed!
The main reason blackrock rules, is the builders! RESPECT!

Black rock is the shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit
Dude! Oregon! I gotta tell ya, bro - saying "we don't have room" or "we can't give ya a ride" is S.O.P., cuz builders have access for one reason, and that is to build/maintain, not shuttle. I'm telling you, we don't go up there and shuttle; usually it is a couple of us who go up to do some work and ride, but hey, when there are two of you riding and you drive to the top, guess what? You still have to push back up to the peak to get the truck!
And on another note, that push up keeps you in tip top shape, so it's a good thing, too!
P.S. - keep an eye out for the BRMBA van up there, there's a rumor floating that there may be a couple of off-the-cuff shuttle days over the course of the next few months, $10 per ride, and you know it's going to a good cause!

Naw man they are getting too relaxed with the keys to BR. More and more people have access to them and are not just there to build and then ride. Plus if it's empty meaning only one builder don't you want help all I got is time I would love to help.
Absolutely! In fact, next time you come down from Hillsboro for a ride, hit me up and we'll go ride it together. I'm generally up there at least twice a week.

Dudes get your geography right. That shot of you guys with Good Morning America was taken in Bingen Washington at the top of hospital hill. NOT Hood River Oregon.

hey, does anyone know when they are going to san fransisco?? we have a few good riding places around here
All I know is that they are going to be setting up for some gnarly barge jump in the San Francisco bay, under the bridge.
